Who can buy from this website?
This on-line store is open to all, however bona-fide trade customers can obtain discounted pricing.

Why do postage & packing charges not match the value of postage applied to the parcel?
This only applies to small orders and reflects the costs of payment processing, the disproportionate effort that goes in to handling small value orders and any packaging materials necessary to protect your goods.

Can we visit your store?
Our warehouse is open only to genuine TRADE customers able to present proof of trade status, or previously registered as 'trade'.

Why are the prices shown as tax-exclusive?
This is a B2B website and neither we nor our trade customers have any interest in Value Added Tax (other than complaining about the paperwork!)

Why are additional charges sometimes raised for packing?
We wish you to understand that some items are extremely difficult to ship reliably and may require additional protection and/or insurance in order to survive the rigours of the postal or carriage system, also some combinations of goods may require individual components to be packaged separately in order to avoid one item damaging the other. Where additional charges are necessary we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

Do you ship to overseas addresses?
Due to the bulk and fragility of many of our items we do not generally ship overseas. However, we may be able to send small orders via Airmail or a Courier Service. Please contact us with your request and we will try to help.

What evidence is required to obtain trade pricing?
Discounts can only be given to customers able to prove bona-fide trade status in the form of
(A)(i) an email address in a business format (ii) a related URL to a website (iii) a listing on Yell.com or (iv) a link or advertisement on a third party website or (v) operating using a business name; or,
(B) a faxed or posted (i) business card or (ii) flyer or (iii) business cheque or (iv) VAT Registration certificate or accountants letter/statement.

Trade applications must be completed in full & include a Business/Trading Name.  Applications may be vetted & we may contact you to confirm your status.  Please complete all fields whether required or not & tick the box for 'Trade Customer' accordingly.  Please note that we cannot accept PO Box Numbers as our third party carriers cannot deliver to them.

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to receive your details and process them manually into our system. We do try to add the registrations as quickly as we can, but this is not always possible.

A confirmation email will be sent when your Login is ready to use.  For faster service please email your details directly or telephone 0800 212869, office hours. 

We will NOT under any circumstances disclose your details to any other party for any reason.  We will ONLY contact you with information relevant to OUR services and offerings.
