Notes Regarding Deliveries
Please ensure that you have given us the correct postcode for the delivery address - business premises open during the day are preferable to private addresses.
The parcel delivery service will leave a card if they are unable to effect delivery.
YOU MUST respond to this card within three days to arrange re-delivery.
If you do not notify us that you will NOT be available to receive your parcel(s) and sign for receipt, a charge may be made by the carrier service for a failed delivery. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to you.
If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery, or 'Signed For' services (at extra charge) please notify us.
U.K. Mainland addresses:
We aim to deliver your order on the next working day after your order is placed, provided that the order is received before 3pm. Any order placed after 3pm on a Friday, over a weekend and before 3pm on a Monday* should be delivered on the Tuesday.
Exceptions: (i) * This may not always be possible as we are extremely busy on Mondays. (ii) On very rare occasions we may have to move stock from an alternative location, this may cause 24-48 hours delay. (iii) Orders sent by Royal Mail First Class Post are outside our control. (iv) It is your responsibility to be available to receive your delivery. If you are not available, the delivery may be returned to your local delivering depot.
Small Orders, net value less than GBP50.00, (exc. VAT) gross weight less than 2000g.:

Channel Islands
Smaller items (up to 2kg) will be sent by First Class Post when we are able to pack in one box - rates as per Mainland. For larger parcels we will send packages by dedicated carrier.
